Harassing phone calls

Saying I am being contacted for check fraud on my social security number. Said I needed to call to resolve this matter. Gave another number to call to speak with a representative. This is a scam that tricks people into thinking it's official. Gauranteed if you are being sued and about to be garnished YOU WILL GET AN OFFICIAL LETTER FROM AN ATTORNEY and then if you ignore that from the COURT. So don't be fooled by this!!!!

They’ve been telling me this for a few years now so if they were legit I’d have been in court by now I’m sure it’s anscam

They are rude and called me out of my name. Called the fraud investigation unit for the us on them. They can’t find them so it is fraudulent. More people should call and complain so that eventually they will be caught. I’m waiting for my stuff to come in the mail so that if it’s teue I can have my day in court.

Today I received a called from this number 1-844-259-3892, and leaving a message saying about a fraud on my Social Security and needed to call them back ASAP!

I get these messages occasionally.  But the name they reference in the messages is not me.  I thought this garbage was over because it hasn't happened in a while.  Probably going to get a new cell number

I have been receiving these calls for almost 6 years. Their robocaller uses the same typo of my wife’s name, the “company” always changes, now it is Sullivan and Associates about check fraud, in the past it was Tina Smith. Every time I call them back and ask for more information they swear at me and call me names and tell me to give the money. All with very real American accents. I feel very sad for these people who feel they need to steal from hard working families in order to feel good about themselves.

Basically the same as everybody else. Fraudulent check, arrest warrant and all. Wish the phone companies could stop robo calls from coming through.
