Mr. McCoy/Macoy regarding a payday loan that I supposed to have taken and was not taken out of my bank due to insufficient funds in 2011 from some payday loan company. Knew my SSS# where i work and live.Threatened to serve papers at my home and work. Told him I know about this scam and don't owe anyone anything. Told him to do what he has to do and I will meet him in court.

Just received a voicemail on my work phone from this number.  First you can hear a lot of people in the background talking.  Then the woman who I could not understand who or where she was calling from as she sounded like she had cotton stuffed in her nostrils said that her office was debating about sending a 1099 form to the IRS and that it would holdup my refund????????????  Told me that if I didn't call back that to get the matter fixed that she would directly contact the IRS and tell them not to send me my refund.

Same as most. A woman calling about a loan that my wife took out and still owes on. This is not true. They push you to give your SSN. This is a scam. Do not give any personal information to these people. I threatened to call the authorities if they continue to call my cell phone.
