There were legal action about to be filed against me.  This was the second call from them.

I received a call stating I was being  sued for a payay loan from 2012 when I asked to see the paperwork regarding  this loan I was told that it was when I originally signed  the loan. And they  were not sending me anything

I have been receiving calls from this number about pulling a 1099c form against my taxes everyday..I dont know what it is about.

Scam! Keep calling them back. They will not answer. They will not send out paperwork They will not identify the company that they are supposedly working for. My strategy is to bug them as much as they are bugging me.

I received a call from a Brenda Covak stating that she a special claims investigator and that my file was put on her desk for legal action to be taken.  If I didn't call her back. She mentions no name of the company of what the call is about.  Why do these people keep thinking that we are going to fall for these scams.

I also received a call from a Brenda Covak stating that she a special claims investigator and that my file was put on her desk for legal action to be taken.  She virtually made legal threats but left no viable information, for me to understand why she was even calling, like most reputable companies. It's a fear-inducing tactic used by most scammers. I'll ignore and wait it out rather than fall for one of a million scams out there. Anything real comes to fruition. Anything fake goes away to bug some other sucker.

I also got a call from Brenda covac about a loan I got in a different state...how did they find me? I have changed last names ( I got married) and have an entirely different phone number, I am also 650 miles away from where I was when I got it....is this really a scam? I have never dealt with anything like this before!

Calls and says legal action is going to be taken against me. Never leaves callback number or name of firm calling. Try calling them back at that number and no answer. SCAM

Called 3 more times today, each time asking for different person. Same story each time. Legal action is being taken against you. Last warning. Pay today. The company they are supposedly calling from does not exist. Delaware Solutions. I tried to file with BBB and FTC on them but there is no company with that name in legal existence. Big Time Scam.
