Called and said I had a outstanding bill and if this was the correct address to serve me papers, I asked what papers she said a bill from Tacoma general and instead of being served and wages garnished we could resolve this now and so not thinking I went and gave them my card number and I kept asking about the bill, she said after it was paid she could let me know and never did so I reported this right away to my bank, so watch out, and I was not thinking to not give out my card number as I always tell my children and mother. Ugh frustrating

I received call from my job asking me to call 888-648-6901 case number 153-00279. I called the number a man name Rubin or Carlos informed me that they were collecting a pass due bill from Corinthian Colleges from 2006. That is over 11 years old and all my student loans I am paying currently. He demanded that I give him a credit card or a prepaid card number. I have looked up all the numbers and cant not find any information on even Goodwin and Associates. I did look up the address 3410 la Sierra Ave Suite #F289 Riverside Ca. 92503 and there is no Information on Goodwin and Associates. I have looked everywhere. I contact Carlos back at 951-2698-7582 requesting the original paperwork I was informed that they don't have to give me this information. I either pay or they will take me to court. They said they had papers send to me, I never got any papers. They have called my job. I don't understand. My student loans are being paid. This is scary. I have been scammed before. I send Goodwin and Associates an email requesting information on this. No one has responded.  I was told to call 951-268-7592 I did and the number I ask for information I was told he cant give me any information , he can only tell me I need to pay the bill in the amount of $10, 000. Or make payment arrangements. I explained I am on a fix income and no one has contacted me about anything. I told him my student loans are being made now. He said he does not care. I really need help,

No such company at that address, however, there is another company called Certified Recovery Services, which has an F rating by the BBB.
