they called 2 times back to back they leave a message about needing to serve me do a docket number that does not exist in my state.

this lady was very abusive & calling me out of name stating I have committed Mail Fraud for closing a Bank Account without there knowledge I am totally upset about this I will be contacting the BBB of Michigan

this number called me this morning and I didn't answer...it later called my son who lives 3000 miles from me and left a message telling him that they were issuing a warrant for my arrest friday over a money issue.....they have called from other numbers telling me I have borrowed $600 and if I don't pay it was going to cost me $12,000 and they were coming to my home to arrest me....needless to say, I have worked in collections and this does NOT happen!  I advised them if they could send me proof that I owe this debt, I'll be happy to pay, otherwise don't call....they use skip tracing looking for relatives,,,they have even contacted my ex husband of 20 years leaving this same info.......

I have a lawyer work on my case. She will be hearing from him soon. I had alot of stuff in my credit bureau that I had never had in my life so that is being double checked and the other will be bankruptcy.  They can harass their mamá for all I care
