Caller left an automated voicemail, said he was an officer encouraging me or my lawyer to call...
What a joke...

same he said he is a police officer. Its a voicemail saying its from Canada revenue

I just got a call from this "officer" suggesting that myself or my lawyer call him back and if I don't he says "good luck as the situation unfolds around you". I tried calling back but it won't go through.

I just got the exact same message

Gotta call from this number twice. First time called it back as they claim to be with Canada revenue agency to notify me that arrest warrant is issued and payment must be made, my bank account is frozen etc. I was very suspicious it's a scam. Told them kindly that I thing it is and hanged up only to be called back by same number with same automated message about 2 hours later. My bank account works fine and all. This is a scam and how they live with themselves is beyond me

Received a call twice for the same lawyer scam.

same I got a call this am saying that I am being investigated by canada revenue and if i don't call back it will be unto me as to how it unfolds.

Twice now and apparently if my attorney or I don't call them back, all they could say was 'good luck'.  Threatening piece of poo.

Same thing happened to me. A call from the United States (I live in Canada) with someone left me a voicemail stating that they were an officer and stated to give him a call myself or my attorney and not to disregard the call.  He also told me that if he didn't hear back it was unto me and wished me good luck and take care.

I too received a similar call stating he was a police officer. When the message came to the end and it said good luck, right away knew it was a scam
