I got a phone saying they are going to serve me with leagl paper to my job

Told me to call and meet between 3 and 3:30

Told to call this number or else will be served with court documents at my job and a supervisor must be present.

Yep, called and told the same, then was told that they would serve me unless we pay money they will serve my husband and take him to jail. Our lawyers said this is a scam as well. the men who call are named Mike anderson, but he changes his name often. strong new york or new jersey accent.

Oh one more thing the number they give  you to call says they are a mediation firm, which they are not allowed to collect debt money, or contact you like that, it is a scam.

Got a call no caller ID showed up on phone. said they are from PPS and that a network of attorneys got ahold of them and they have my birthday and ss#. I need to call 844 263 6257 or they I will be served at my address or work. At the end she says I have been notified. I smell a new scam starting up. Threating people trying to scare them into paying money they are gonna keep themselves. I hate thief.

Just got a voicemail same as everyone else saying coming to job to serve papers that's nice come on out buddy me and my work can sue you for harassing me at work. Caller name was David Anderson.

These people have been harassing me for about a week now. They've called every number I'm associated with saying they're going to conduct an arrest within the next 24 hours, the lady Miranda Stewart leaves a message saying to call back this number 844-263-6257 and state the case # that she leaves in the message. When you call back they claim to not know any "Miranda Stewart" but proceed to ask for your case # to gain more information and then ask for you date of birth and social security number... SCAM! BEWARE! As someone who has a degree in criminal justice.. NO WHERE in our criminal justice system does a company call you after "probable cause" but before an arrest to try and "close your case" before the arrest is conducted. Don't fall for it. The person on the other side will hang up on you or scream back if you try and challenge them. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! call 911 and report that they're harassing you, or call your lawyer. Let them know you're going to call 911 and your lawyer, I bet they'll stop calling.

They called me too. I didn't answer. They then called again restricting their #.  I called back. The first girl was rude. Said she didn't call me. I said i hit call back on my phone so yes you did. She told me to calm down and hung up. So I called back. This guy was the same. He asked if I got notification? I asked of what. He told me to drop my attitude. I said how am I supposed to know if I got notification if you won't tell me what it is. He hung up on me too. They've called my work and mother. I hope they call back so I can tell them a few choice things.

So they called again today. I answered. Charles graham was his name. Said he had papers to serve me from the state. I said go ahead and bring them that I'm home. He said he'd be here between 11 and 1. So then he goes and calls my mother and tells her he has papers to serve me blah blah blah. I'm pretty sure if the state had papers to serve me they would have a deputy or officer of the court. They wouldn't be calling me. I looked my name up on the state judiciary case search and nothing showed for my name. He's just trying to scare me. It's not working.

I called them back at the number they left and told them they probably had the wrong person (that they probably were looking for my dad).  He asked my birthday and he confirmed that he had a 1961 birthday year (so he definitely has at least my dad's birthday information).  He asked if I had contact info for him and I told them I didn't (because I don't).  He said he'd remove my number and apologized, so for whatever reason, he's trying to specifically contact him.  Still sounds like a scam, but he didn't ask for any important information like SSN or anything like that, so I'm ok.

these people actually help people...they helped me get my bussiness in order...trust me if you do not comply then just wait on the paperwork

I first got a call from a 866-625-6433, then they blocked their number and called my mom. On the voicemail, he said I need to be available tomorrow May 20th, at 1pm to sign documentation, or he will put it as a refusal to sign. He told me the filing parties number was 844-263-6257.

Ya right i talked to them 2 weeks ago refused to pay anything a week later some [***] showed up at my job to my hr dept with a packet case 105962 now they taking me to court on june 13th for 3,712 wtf i only owed 803.37 they didnt offer me any kind of payment plan. Im not even gonna show up they can just garness me then..
