left no message. no information from my caller ID app Hiya, so I blocked.

I blocked the number.  Keeps calling me everyday around 11am.  Researched the number and it's a scam about fixing your computer.

Just got a call from 844-263-9994 Rouik IT PC . . . when my machine picked up, caller did not leave a message.

Was receiving calls every day , I have number on my reject call list but they still continue to call everyday. At one point a while ago, I answered and was advised by a female that my computer had a serious virus and asked if I was near my computer so they could assist in removing it. I demanded that they remove my number from their database and hung up and this was not the first time I've asked.

They call daily even 2-3 times. Never answered
but got so fed up that when they call now, I answer and tell them to hold on and just leave my phone on the counter. Amazing how long they stay on the line lol. It's a scam.

they call and constant harassment

Today called me 6 times between 8:09am and 3:08 pm .  28 calls since November 11. I do not pick up. Most of the time no message.  Sometimes message says something about getting everything up to date on computer.  Sometimes a female voice says "goodbye".  Sometimes total silence.  Sometimes background voices and noise.

Same as the above stories.  Block them. Turn the number into the authorities

They call every day.  I haven't answered.  They don't leave message and call at all hours.  I just let it ring now.

Have received several calls over the last couple of days...got one earlier today about running a scan on my computer...told them I was  not interested and he (foreign and not easily understood)  started trying to talk over me saying I could have a serious problem if my computer crashed,  I told him several times  not to call me again and he hung up...A couple of hours later, received another call...told him that they had already called and told them again to remove my name..he hung up...called the number back to make sure they understood and was told that the number I was calling was for a motel and he did not know what  I was talking about.

They told me that I paid them to have my computer updated by them and that it needed to be updated again.  I told them my computer is automatically updated.  They said I paid them $500.00 to do it last year and I began laughing at them.  I have never paid anyone that amount of money in the past year to work on my computer.  It is a scam.

Calls several times a day, every day. Don’t answer but extremely frustrating.

This company has been calling my home for at least a month.  I have answered the last four calls to tell the caller not to call again, however, they will not stop calling my home.

Same as every one else .....Total  b.S. Talk about they fixed my computer before and now they say there is a big problem......One time they said they wanted to refund me money and asked for a credit card so i gave they a fake number to see what they would do and i had them going for 15 minutes....Hahahahaha i dont even talk to them now they all have east indian accents.....Thanks

they call all hours of the day and wont stop

Anyone know how to eliminate these pests? They are relentless, likely off-shore, won't stop calling despite telling them over and over again that I would not buy there services if they were free.

Blocking the number is generally the most effective way. Check your phone  or your service provider's block options.

According to the BBB, Rovik IT PC is a 1 year old  PC Support company in San Antonio, TX. So if you are registered with the DNC, you can file a complaint and depending on how much they have harassed you, you might be able to sue them.

Also keep in mind it could be scammers spoofing the number too. One way to know for sure is to hang up and then call the number back and see if they were the ones you were just talking to.

They keep calling to sell me virus protection for my computer.

I received several calls from this number alerting me that I needed my computer fixed.  Robot call.
