They didn't tell me what kind of company was

Just had the same number call me

Does anybody know anything about them?

Got a call from this number and left a recording .  Sounds like a scam call

I don't feel that they are legitimate because it is a recording, it is asking for a person that does not own my phone, It said that they would only get that one call . I will not answer any more calls from that number.

On my reply above (B). You asked what type of call?  I typed that I feel it is a Prank call because Why  would a ligitimate business place a call to someone ,and from a recorder, to tell them to call back and that they would only get that one call asking for them . Who does that?,

I received a call in regards to an accident

I have received the same call but it was marshal from "RMA" .  Didn't call back. Seems like a scam.

Received another call from this number..   the calls started in April 2017 and they have consistently called once per month.  This is an identity theft scam.  Here's how it starts... [robot-like voice] "This message is being left for <insert name here>. [Very official sounding voice picks up] "This is Anthony with RMA, contacting you today in reference to a matter placed with our office regarding your name, Social Security number, and your drivers license.  It is very important that you return our call at 1-866-213-6068.  Again we must speak with you directly to address this very important matter.  You may refer to your file number [robotic voice again] <a series of 5 numbers>.  Thank you."

Out of curiosity, I actually called the number that was displayed on my caller id [844-265-9696] and some guy answered "Joe Carson" in a pleasant voice.  That was on 26 May 2017.

They called again today, this time when I called the number shown on my ID, i received a recording informing me that the phone number had been changed, disconnected, or is no longer in service.

FIrst calls and comes up as Unknown, then calls back with a 844-265-9696 with a recorded message. Claiming they have my name, SS# and address and I am to call them back regarding a very important legal matter. No name or person calling or name of company, this is a scam!!!!!!
