Received a call from this number - suspect Clear Contact Solutions (collection agency) obtained medical information and is attempting to collect fraudulently.

Call wanting me to send money but have no idea who they are. Will not be calling back.

Recent hospital stay, wanting  me to pay a bill. I was recently  in hospital, but never was sent bill from these jokers.

This number calls me at least 2 times everyday. I blocked it but they still are able to leave a voicemail every time. Its so annoying!

They are constantly calling about a 2 1/2 year charge that I don't owe according to my insurance company. I think this is a collection agency.

Possibly a shady collection agency, more likely just a scam. Their website they send you to pay at uses 'SM' in their graphic instead of 'TM'

Received a bill showing that I have an unpaid balance after insurance company had paid.  Called the phone number but voice mail said that this number was no longer in service.  Also the  Web site shows no match for the supposed account number.  S C A M

They are calling about a 2 1/2 year old bill that according to my insurance company I do not owe.
I believe this is a scam.

The number records the same message daily. No sign they know who I am; no sign of who they are billing for. Something like: If you received a bill for your recent stay in the hospital (I have none), call the number or go to payclearcontacts.com (?). She gave the number twice, but gave the website only once, slurred, as if she didn't want me to really get it and be forced to call. It's hard to tell whether the call is exploiting the good name of a legitimate site (if payclearcontacts is legit), or whether the call is driving traffic to a scam site (payclearcontacts looks tacky and unprofessional, like it is phishing for personal information).

After reading countless of people complaining about Clear Solutions. I believe this company is a scam. “Orlando Health” doesn’t even know who they are by multiple people and I think also the doctor Philips doesn’t even know who they are. Called multiple times to pay (like an idiot). As if they don’t exist. They changed their name to Consumer Link under a year. The website, their website is located in Ashburn, not Baltimore.

I don't know what you mean by "The website, their website is located in Ashburn, not Baltimore".  I was not aware that a website could be located in a particular city.  It took some doing but it appears this outfit is a third party biller/collection agency for medical copays, etc.  As a third party they are required by law to follow FDCPA collection laws.

Orlando Health has had it's data base hacked or someone on the inside is giving out our personal patient medical information. This number and others have called wanting my information and payment.

My insurance tells us never discuss such information over the phone.

We called Orlando Health, and they were a bit alarmed. Instructed not to take such calls as they would never operate in such a manner.

It was clear from the only call I answered that the person was frudulent as the information and product they were trying to sell me not even close to accurate.
