Caller gave case # and stated they had a serious case against me and I could lose my rights to my child.  Wth is this caller???

Most likely a debt collection scam. No debt collector has any "case" against anyone.  This is
an attempt to scare money out of you.  No debt collector has any authority over child custody issues.  Ignore and block these calls.

Is it normal for a debt collector to send you an email dated 1/24/17 as the 1st contact and the "collection papers" say amount is due 1/31/17?  Doesn't seem like a legit amount of time.  Of course the response is if I don't pay then the case will be filed in court against me, which I told them if that is the case why hasn't a deputy served me with papers?  The bill they say I owe is legit but it all seems kinda fishy to me.  "Invoice" says Alliance but then within the text of the letter says Midland.

Who is this I got the same call but I don't ol no one no money so why they keep calling me

I received the same call, Caller ID said Aberdeen, WA but only showed "108" as the number.  Message left was for my daughter, from "Jonathan McKinley" a "compliance officer" who said that her case number would be a matter of public record when it is filed.  He stated that she needed to contact the "office of Alliance" at 844-282-0544 before the case is filed.  Sounds like a BS condition, but I haven't spoken to my daughter in 4 years, so who knows what crap she has gotten herself entangled in.

These people call me about 10 times a day.  Its funny that they have never mailed anything, yet I am supposed to just had them money.  Further research into this numbers shows it is actually from Africa going through some computer service for scammers
