asked Heart and Stroke to stop calling many times over last 5 years.

If this call is from Heart and Stroke Foundation wtf is it coming in from a 1-888 number located in the USA
I am getting tired of these [***] calling all the time and it is a recording,if you want to talk then get a human instead of your crap with a [***] machine.

It is Heart & Stroke lottery.  If you ever purchased a ticket, they will always contact you the following year.

Plz do not call...I am in Germany and frrl I should not be paying for this call

The reason the calls come from USA is to circumvent the Canadian DO NOT CALL law enforcement and subsequent fines.

Heart & Stroke Foundation Lottery -  An automated recording left  me a voice mail message.   I think the deadline for a prize is Feb 1 (tomorrow) so they must be reaching out to all their  former purchasers.

This number has called a few times, but there is never anyone there and no message.  Damn irritating.

Called me at 1:12am. Very, very annoyed with these automated calls.
