I blocked call.

Called at 2:31 PM today.

They hung up when I answered? Hopefully someone has more info.

I block them as well

Annoying ask for someone and then hangs up.

"This call is for ********* (dont know them) If this is not ********** please hang up now." Dead air for another 10 secs. My guess is it is a debt collector who doesnt know how to scrub their phone number auto dialer. Ignorant pricks.

Called cell phone on 04-01-16 at 9:06 a.m., left no message.  No name on caller ID, so it was probably a scam / telemarketer call, or debt collector trying to scam someone on a zombie or nonexistent debt.   A post on this site identified the caller as Franklin Collection Services.  Could be.

On March 26th, I began to receive calls from toll free numbers starting with 844, with no messages left.  Perhaps collecting for AT&T.  My phone is with Wave Cable, and I'd rather eat dirt than have AT&T phone service.

Franklin Collection auto calls. We have no unpaid bills, so this is some kind of scam. They call everyday and leave no message.

I called back 3 times and doesn't allow it to ring once! Why call me when I'm busy then I can't call back? Sounds like a poor business to me or fishing for something.

It is a robot call that states the following: "We had tried to notify you regarding these issues for 6 months so it is considered intentional fraud and a lawsuit has been filed against you by the US Government." Leaves the number. It's total nonsense.
