Called back number answered very unprofessional. The caller said she was "jaylo". I asked what company she was calling from and she hung up on me.

It is a sub contracted collection agent for ATT U-Verse. Very persistent and calls several times a day at all hours. I believe it is an auto dialer system?

Called me then put me on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on me

THIS IS A SCAM. They say they are from PECO and you are going to be disconnected. They will then instruct you to go to a RiteAid and get a prepaid MoneyPak.. .and call them back with the code on the back. I've reported them. Oh, if you call back, they have recorded PECO's actual phone message... it is NOT PECO.

These "people" have called several times asking for a man who hasn't worked for us for a number of years and has since died. There seems to be no way to get a real person to inform them of this. Can't even tell who the company is! Our advice: Don't answer!!
