Debt Collector

Called me at work to ask me to refinance...unprofessional.
Although the caller was very polite, with so many scams and companies selling information I was a little skeptical. If the company did their research, they would know that I have a very low interest rate and lowering it a whole point would make it worth my wild.
Also, please know that calling work phone numbers to solicit business is extremely unprofessional especially with great accounts like mine..

I received a call from this number but I don't answer phone numbers I don't recognize. The caller did not leave a message so I hid my number from displaying and called it back. The call was answered by someone thanking me for calling Freedom Mortgage.....I hung up. I don't care to know why they called especially if they are discourteous in not leaving a message....
