Received a postcard dated Oct 10, 2016 with my name/address on it and asked to call back 1-844-282-5861 to claim the gas reward prize.  Based on the name and address information, I suspect my ID is stolen from a gas company member's file and is used to send out notice to get more of my personal information.  Probably a new scam for ID theft.
