"They do send Process servers/sheriffs to your house and job." - Again, Process Servers don't call ahead of time to give one a last chance to pay up, nor do they call to ask one where they would like to be served, nor do they call to give one a heads up that they are en-route. Nice try shill. Your scam is B-U-S-T-E-D!!!

IT'S A SCAM.   I had to change my number . They said I took out a loan for cash.net and are asking that I pay them back or papers will be served to me.  I caught them in several lies . They have stolen my information. They think that every one of us is stupid and will fall for it but I guess they didn't know that we can look them up and figure it out. If you owe debt to a company make sure that you are paying the correct person or else your debt won't be resolved .

Today is Saturday.  Got a phone message from a man saying he was from Brinkman, James & Associates.and that they were going be filing for forced arbitration with me over an unpaid debt.  He said they would be verifying all of my income sources, including IRS refunds, employment, and any other necessary information for use in paying my debt off. He never mentioned the debt I supposedly owe and I don't owe any current debt that would require attacking all of my income.  He obviously knows NOTHING about me.  Law firms are closed on Saturdays.
