Sylvia Holt calling for my Granddaughter. Said legal matter , needs to call back before end of day. Needs to talk to her or granddaughters atty.Would not give me name of business ,says something about federal government????

Also said legal matter from federal government giving my sister-in-laws name.  it said if this is not (her name) then hang up now so I did. Automated message.

says its Sylvia Holt calling for me and that it is a legal matter and needs to call back before end of day. When I call the number it belongs to a Peter something and doesn't even refer the business in which he is in.

Called same as other comments asking for someone I did not know.  Saying this is your last chance you must call by the end of today called the number back. Peter answered the phone I told him that I was not who they were looking for he said he would remove my number.

Same as others BUT when I called the number it rang for a looong time but, a guy comes on a vmail says he's Curtis Banks?  The woman that called me and lft message sounded threating, and something about federal crap, total scam! Scary

This Sylvia Holt persona appears repeatedly on 800notes as working for something called DRS or Direct Recovery Services.  They call from a variety of numbers.   Ignore and block these callers.

This Sylvia Holt called me today for my daughter. Message was also threatening. I called number and they didn't even I.D. themselves. Man called me my daughter's name as soon as I asked for Sylvia. I told him NO and stop calling my phone. Don't give them any personal info.

My Mother received a call from this place and they were pretending to be attorneys and said it was all about a legal matter and wanted to talk to me . I called and got a guy named Peter and he put me on hold for several minutes only to not be able to answer my question of who and what he needed . total scam

same scenario...sylvia holt caller...call back and voice mail sounds like "steve banks"...total scam...sounds very much like that tv commercial with the couple posing as irs agents...copy cat 4th grade educated low life's trying to score a coin or two..wouldn't mind helping them out if they would take the $$$$ and re-enroll in middle school...i'll pass

Called today "Sylvia Holt" legal matter for another person (not me) - something about "file has left office but may be able to retrieve if you call back today" - previously called on another number. Blocked.

Same information as the others, except the name of the person they asked for was a RENTER of the house I live in before I bought it. And they called my cell - which means wherever they are getting their information, it's linking all sorts of incorrect data.

Same for me... Now they're calling relatives i haven't spoken to in years.... This is harassment. Wow.

called and said this was conserning a federal matter.  The oerson on the phone said he was calling about a legal matter when I asked the name of the law firm he said it Was DRS  wjen I asked about what the unitials he said it was a credit recovery agency.  They then called my husbanda phine number with the same message.

*YAWN* Same exact call. Hey Sylvia get a life and try the scam operation elsewhere cause this fat boy ain't buying!

Same woman calling and leaving vague threatening messages,, called relatives and my ex husbands ex wife asking questions, refused to give any identifiable information about what they really wanted, Scam Scam Scam.

Same thing! She called my bro and said she was looking for me. Same BS!

Got a call.  They called me my daughter's name and said to push "1" if I was that person.  I hung up.

I got the same phone call today!! Now they are harrasing my family
