Called the number back.  It was a machine talking like a person to your responses concerning a police officers association.  Total spam, blocked the number

844-285-6843 same as others.  Computer made to sound like a real person waiting for the sound of a human voice to continue.  Says, "hello, how are you today.  Are you there?"  If you say nothing, it will say "okay, goodbye." and hangs up.  Never stop calling because your number registers a call back hit.

I didn't respond. There was dead silence, but I could definitely hear some "static" in the background, which tells you it will be an automated scam call if you stay on the line.
