Time Warner crap.

Just a recorded message from Time Warner saying they are going all digital.  You will no longer be able to receive television without a cable box.  if your TV is hooked up directly to the coax cable with no box, it won't work.

I can understand the need for the call, but I hate getting anonymous calls on my mobile phone.

Just a follow-up with a small alert.  The recording says you can get any needed digital converters "for free" by going to their website or calling the number back.  You can order up to four, but be a little cautious.  The converter is "free for at least a year", then they will begin to charge you $2.75/month.  Not really a scam, but I think it's a little deceptive.

Did I say I hate anonymous calls?
