    Sent text to rate someone named Richard Collins III, which apparently I just recently saw. Gave a link to go to, smh I swear I wonder what they will come up with next. I am tired of these scammers.

    Most likely a survey to rate your visit so that they can evaluate it to see if improvements need to be made.  I get them all the time from my doctors.

    Since this is a survey it is not surprising that they are conducting reviews for different companies.  I doubt that they would survive very long if they only conducted service reviews for one person.  The above website was registered in 2015 and takes you to Google to leave a review.
