Got a call saying its the irs and i had a warnt.

Got the same call.  IRS, lawsuit against me, warrant for my arrest.  Ended with "Have a nice day".

I received an automated call from this number that informed me of an arrest warrant that was issued by the IRS.  What is going on?  Obviously this is a fraud situation and needs to be stopped.

It can be, you're not required to answer the calls in any way. It's a trick hoping to scare you into paying a bogus debt. No kind of answer, these jokers are helpless. How likely would a forewarned arrest work? Law enforcement would be swamped trying to catch people.

I just got the same call....They stated they was from the irs....and i had a warrent for my arrest....He said his name was Sean Cooper....He said i had an hour to come up with some money....so I didnt get arrested....He also said to me....dont tell anyone about the warrent....so when Sean called me back.... which he did....I told Him to loose my #....I was gona report them cuz....they are fraud....He hung up on me!

A middle eastern man said he was calling from IRS. Are you kidding me??? The irs will send correspondence first and don't issue warrants out of the blue and call you about it. What a joke.

Got a call from this number 3 times today stating they are the IRS I have a claim filed against me and a warrant has been issued for my arrest...  Where I come from the law doesn't want you to know they have a warrant until they bust in and surprise you...

Same bunch of bull..  IRS looking to sue or whatever....

Received the same call as everyone else, though they asked for someone else. Said I had an arrest warrant and were from the IRS. When I told them it was the wrong number, they hung up on me.

Claimed there was an arrest warrent, but did speciify which individual in the household it was for.  Before hanging up wished us "a nice day."   Yep, you to bud, nothling but a scam! can you spell FRAUD!

I asked if he wanted my Attorneys number and he hung up.  I immediately blocked the number!  These guys are ruthless  and shameful@

If these dumbasses can't find a better scam, they should consider honest work, like real estate development or politics

Caller is in a loud call center with lots of yelling in the background... Caller stated he was from the IRS, but couldn't say his name correctly or his badge number... Sounded like he had an Indian accent... Called the real IRS and finally got through...Also, called the Police Dept about an arrest warrant... Was told that the IRS doesn't call tax payers and leave jumbled up or any recorded messages nor would any IRS agent tell you that you have an arrest

I just got the same call from a middle eastern man saying he was calling from IRS. Sounded like he had an Indian accent. He stated he had a warrent for my arrest and I was to call this number 844-289-5016. I called the number to see who would answer it to see if I knew this person but no one answer my call. I'm going to report this to the police now and give them this number.

I received same automated call saying that a warrant issued on me. It is from IRS.

Received a phone call from this number. A gentleman of Indian descent answered stating that I had back taxes owed and was wanting to collect undisclosed amount of money from me. When confronted him he started cussing and throwing profanities at me this is a scam do not fall for it...

Tried to report to inspector generals.  Same thing no one to talk to.  Called number 12 times and will tie this group up with stupid phone calls. You could do the same!

Same caller same thing but this guy told me his name was Paul Avery and he was gone to send a sheriff to arrest me if I don't pay 4,000 US dollars .. I did block this number is all fake.
