calls daily, leaves messages that they have information on their "desk" and I'm to call to verify and come to a resolution and gave a ID#.  No name of company, nothing - just a message for someone else's name that this message is solely intended for (not me!).  I called back the number today and it's a company called UPT?

Just got a call from this number with a  saying I have a criminal claim against me. And they need me to call back to Verify info for their file so they can proceed with the lawsuit.  First of all they should have all that info and dont need to verify to proceed a lawsuit.  They are dumb. Im not the only one that has a phone call from their number.  The lady sounded nervous and spoke too fast while leaving the voicemail.   I worked for a collections department.  And its against the law to leave a voicemail with details of the personal business matter.  She said if this is not ------ this message is not for you if this is -------  this ashley calling with a criminal lawsuit against yoy please contact the number that appeared on your caller ID to verify your identity and proceed with the lawsuit.     Bimbo is dumb. If it was legit. They wouldve said. "Please contact (name of company) at (phone number) to resolve a personal business matter.  

I just got a call from this person asking for Justin Powell, never heard of him.

I have gotten at least 6 phone calls per day from this number and 844-294-3223 saying the exact same thing.  They have even tried calling my office.   I have told my receptionist to hang up on them they claim to be from UPG which doesn't seem to exist.  Fraud written all over it.

fraud companies dont show up on google dummy.  google upg, they show up like 5 results down.
