Man called saying you were supposed to send money to clear up your account. If you do not take care of this today, we will have an officer come to your home or place of employment and your wages will be garnished. It was the same guy that called two days ago from a different number.844.227.9814. That was a scam call also, and I am so tired of these idiots trying to extort money from innocent people. GET A JOB, A REAL JOB. God knows who you are and I hope you like hot weather, because you will be eternally burning up.

Woman named Monique Jones called saying she was working on case regarding fraudulent activity attached to my name and social. Said to return call self or attorney at 844-570-8962 ex. 404.

Got a call saying i owe money to a loan company when i said send me information did not verify my address or anything.

I am dealing with her calls the past two days. Saying I owe money from a loan to a Wells Fargo but never had that bank in the year she is saying smh.

Got a call from 844-312-9297 saying I had a legal issue she left a different number 1-844-813-4145 as soon as I told her I google their phone number and it was a scam she hang up on me!!!

Got this female calling saying: Hello this is head arbitrator, Cynthia Smith at ___________ and associates attempting to contact 29,494,75 _________ in regards to a pending motion scheduled to be ________ the county clerks office if 29,494,75 etc. The underscores are meant to represent total silence.

Received call regarding something to do with the County Clerk's office and that this was an official notification regarding legal documents for someone other than me.

Got the same phone call..

They're calling my DAD's number which I have NEVER given out to anyone ever and saying they have a case dismissal they need to discuss with me (call me by name even).  But number they're calling from shows on caller ID as (317) 315-8394 but say to call (844) 312-9297 and give "Reference Number" for me to use when I call

I just received a message from Cynthia Smith at PSA & Associates saying there was a motion to be filed with the county clerk, file 547,977,54 and that I needed to call the Mediation Dept for an out of court dismissal.  The number to call is 844-312-9297 but my caller ID shows 714-509-1311.

Just got that same call too.

I got a call from Cyntha Smith, with a bunch of numbers instead of a name. I called back and the first person was rude, hung up twice. Called again and the second lady gave me the name on the account - two dudes who are not me. Gave me her name and said she would take my number out of their system. We'll see...but I don't really believe her.

Got a call leaving the following message. Basically the same as the above examples, didn’t call them back.
“468,474 Mark in regards to a pending motion scheduled to be filed with the County clerks office S 468,474. Mark would like to receive.”

Same call with recording of "arbitrator"... they had my first name correct but not the last name. I just hope elderly people don't fall for this ridiculous scam! They called from a spoofed local number: 405-267-9572 but referenced 844-312-9297 as the call back number.

Just received the same call...I hop no one falls for this scam.

They never give up. They have started calling my ex’s new wife and job I just give them my lawyers name and number and it stops for a few days.

Man said that he was trying to help me with a debt from a payday loan from 2012. i asked for him to send me information on it and he said the courts would.

same as above....this one called from 209-426-9523.  Don't fall for their illegal tactics

Yes we got the same call. I called back as they called for my husband. They wanted me to verify his full SS when I declined and I told them I would only verify the last four digits if they had it, she had to ask a supervisor before she gave it to me. I told her that was correct, she wanted me to give her his whole SS. When I again declined as that is not necessary, she said thank you very much, but SHE can't compromise my husbands identity (I had to laugh) and she disconnected. Any legit collection company would not ask for you to verify complete SS information.  You are not legally obligated to give them any personal information, the burden is on them... I was sitting looking at my husbands TRW and I know exactly who and what he owes. Check your credit always when you get called like this, any legit creditor will be reported on your TRW. As soon you don't follow their script, they will most likely hangup then you know its CRAP and they are just looking to extort $ and/or steal your personal information. I always call back because I enjoy messing with them and I do care about our debt and creditors... Think I'll call again!!

I don't answer my phone anymore, but I do take messages.  A robo-call left a message saying that documents are being filed by my county, blah blah and I'm in trouble blah blah and will be "served" if I don't call them back.  Oh yea, the computer that "inserts" my name into the message got my name wrong.  Never heard of the name they called me.  I've gotten hundreds of calls from various people through the years, ignored them all.  Nobody's ever come to my house.  I guess they can't find it!
