Got a call saying that an out of court case was pending and I needed to call back and handle it. Call the 386 number back they didn't pick up left message stating that I couldn't write down the numbers for I was driving and the numbers  were fumble and jumble up couldn't understand the person leaving numbers to call

This person as the others stated made it appear that she was calling from a local number, I guess to seem legitimate.  But I know that anytime they use a robocall and insert your name in, it is a SCAM.  I have had enough experiences with these scammers to know when it is a real call or a phony one.  The bad thing is they called my work phone and not my personal phone.  I will be calling the number when I get off work and having them remove my number.  I will also tell them that I have contacted the FBI and reported this number, which I have said to scammers in the past and they immediately hang up and never called again. This is awful!

Called stating this was an official notice of a court hearing and left a different number to call back to take care of out of court costs and gave a file number. Received this call at a business for one of our employees who stated they had no idea what this call was about.

Same call as many! Cynthia Smith called to see if we work on out of court settlement. Asked me to call back #844-312-9297. Just another scammer!!!

Got a vm saying they were from ? Associates could not really understand name of business they were saying but they were calling on behalf of county clerk office saying to call this number to settle an out of court document of some sort. The number they leave to call 844-312-9297 is different from the number that comes across caller ID. Tired of these scam calls!

I just received a call from Cynthia Smith; bogus number.

I received the same call for PSA from 678-506-8719  to call 844-312-9297 not sure whos real and whos scamming or masking there number !
I just keep calling there phone non stop for 30 mins to get them to stop calling me asking for my Mother !

Received same message as many. They did not have our first names. Deleted message.

I have been receiving same voice mail. For holon holon. Not even close to my name. When I did answer, I told them I worked for the county clerks office. They hung up

Same exact thing & person did this to me today, but they called from a local number and left me this phone number to call back.

Kept calling at my work number asking for "Nelly Lee" for a court pending crap and to collect money. Seriously, I agree with you all in regards to those scammers: GET A REAL JOB. We are busy working for scraps and don't have time nor the $ to be conned.

I got a call from that same number 844.312.9297 but left a different number to call back and a reference number this is a scam I'm guessing

pre-recorded called from one number but left a different number as a call back, guessing it's a scammer,  don't answer unknown numbers

Got another call from this company today they have my name as Vivian Vivian. Told me I had been notified legal action. Will not return phone call. So tired of these robot calls

Mine was Betty Betty...told them I work for the County Clerk and no record of any case against me. Told him this is a scam and why don't you find a real job

I called the number back after them leaving a recorded voicemail about documents being filed with the court clerk. They claimed to be looking for someone named Sabrina Ball (no clue) and that I know her (again no clue). After I insist I have no idea who she is talking about, she gets an attitude with me about it being a recorded line and if they find out I do know her, I will be filed on as well? Um, Okay!
