Was left number on voice mail but googled number and it stated were scammers.  They say it's a legal matter. Best to block this number. 😠

Left a message saying it was an attempt to serve but didn't say whom it was for or why.

Left message saying it was an attempt to reach me concerning an urgent legal matter.  Left this number and a file number stating it was a time sensitive matter and requires my immediate attention.  When I called this number, it is for "MGM Consulting".  Not sure what they do nor do I care....

Got the same spammers trying to scare me with a legal suit against me

This number called me n got me paranoid saying something about summons processing document only two attempts for contact and temporary hold after first message. Called them n got an automated operator saying it was  MGM consulting and press one for representative i hung up this sounds too suspicious. Looking it up i found some sources who say the same but somewhat diff messages...

MGM consulting called me they want to settle out of court on a civil claim  . I told them, have your client file with the court he argued and hung up on me.

Called and asked if I was there (just said my name so how convenient) - saying it was concerning a Civil Complaint. I asked who was calling - SMB Processing and return number 844-324-6279 and gave me a complaint number. Ok - so call my work, repeat my name I just spoke and do not have a number come up on caller ID. Yeah, right. Just said good luck and hung up. HA!

2 days in a row I got a call from the same number at about the same time - 201-448-1464. First time I ignored the call, they left no message. Second time I answered. The women, Anita Gomez, asks for my wife by her MAIDEN name. I said she was unavailable she said she wanted to leave a message. She gave the phone # 1-844-324-6279 and a file # (2 letters + 4 numbers) and asked for my wife to call them back. I asked if she could briefly describe what this was about and was told it was about a complaint by a person and the company was "SMB Processing". Before hanging up she asked me to repeat back to her the info she gave me to make sure I got it right. The caller hung up.

I will now BLOCK this number!!

Caller ID of "A1 Processors" called my work number after I left for the day. The voicemail was only half there because they use an auto dialer that does not recognize the difference between a real answer and voicemail prompt. All I heard was something about a temporary hold on the process serving until I called back the number given, 844-324-6279. Typical scare tactic scam that is not valid. I actually answered one by mistake last year and politely told the scammer to come on with the papers since they apparently knew my address (they didn't) and I would be waiting for them. They abruptly hung up and that was the end, that time. Remember...NEVER say the word "YES" to them at any time if you answer, for any reason. Best not to answer. you can block their spoofed number all you want, they have thousands they can call from.

This just happened to me as well.  They try to sound very legit, but it is not.  Do not be scammed by these people.

Checked this number in Google and I found it a malware attacking computer

What a bunch of scammer's.. MGM consulting, A1 processor's, SMS processing etc... Try to sound so legal  but if it's a civil summon's they would not be calling..someone would show up at your door and properly and legally serve you. once placed in the system they cannot just place it on hold.. gotta go through a lot of legal paper work just block them and ignore them I do it.. it is rather annoying and I chock it to the IRS scam. trying to scare folk's into either paying very old debt or just hoping someone will pay.. Scumbag's.. we need to stop these people..maybe the man in DC can clean up this swamp to.. Just my take on it.. Pop's

I got the same phone call just a moment ago. Caller ID says +1(201)448-1966 Jersey City, NJ.

Just received the same call. Gave some fake claim number.  Stupid People.  Going to block this number.
