Probably a "private contractor" hired to do call backs - in this case for the Albuquerque Journal Sunday paper which still had not been delivered by 9a.m. - again.  Usually, someone will answer at the ABQ Journal number and say why the paper is late.  This time the there was a new feature - recorded response about heavy incoming calls, and a call back offered.  When the call back came there was no reason given why the delivery was late, and the girl who said she had recently started the job, tried to sell me some sort of "premium".
