they can not answer direct questions...Fraud at it's very best...

100 percent scam please do not let nobody from a phone get on your computer they will lie and say it hacks and it has a virus they just want your money. use common sense these are computer scamers google computer scam calls . warn others this is a scam company

This number came up on my computer with a warning that my computer was infected and to call 844-326-3137.
and it was

Message popped up on my computer supposedly from Microsoft saying they were going to freeze my computer if I exited and that my computer was hacked and infected. Gave this 800 to call...or else.  I hit 'Escape" and it shows this message did NOT come from Microsoft. IT IS A SCAM.  DON'T FALL FOR IT.

They hacked my mother...wanted $200 to fix & $349 a year lol STAY AWAY

They hacked your mother?! I didn't know people could be hacked.  Or could you have possibly meant they hacked your mother's computer?!
Oh, and the caller was not Microsoft but a scammer claiming to be them.

Boy, that must have been messy, probably blood all over the place.  Is she OK, did you call the police, and did they catch the guy?  This sounds a lot like one of those movies where the guy goes around with a hatchet or an axe chopping people up.  Maybe I could contact you and we could arrange to make a movie out of this.

i had an alert on my new lap top, it claimed Microsoft co. The notice said that my computer has been hacked and to call this 844 number and to not close out of that page or my computer would completely shut down and be dead. So I called the number and the person that answered sounded like from India, the reception on the phone was horrible and then i figured this was a scam deal. The man said for $200 they could sell me a spie ware package. I ended the call at that point. MY computer is fine and there are no subsequent problems.

I got the alert and I called , you know just wanted to be safe but when I heard the voI’ve and he asked all this stuff on how to acess my computer I ended the call

Same I called the number wouldn't give the guy any money and exited out  ran the window defender scan and no threats found
