SCAM - forward that text to your provider - 7726.

I got the same text at 8:20 am, pacific. We don't have a MasterCard debit so I saw red flags. Thankful this site exists.

Scam text message

I got the same text message at 8:40AM.  Called the number shown on the text msg.....they wanted me to enter a card number to "reactivate"....which I did not.  Called the number that sent the text msg.....it's a disconnected phone number (of course).  Called our
carrier....they say there's nothing they can do.   Sure wish these scammers could be tracked down and put in jail!!

I also received a text on 2/18. I called the financial institute where I do have a card and had to forward the text to them so they can investigate.  they also told me to call the local police department also.  (which I have not done that part yet )
