Keep calling w threatening calls that o need to be served w a summoner pure BS no thanks

Keeps calling and leaving messages threatening to serve papers. Funny thing I have nothing to be served for..... Whomever you are Jack Miles, which totally sounds like a made up name.

This number called myself and all of my children with threatening to serve papers. The idiot must've not realized he dialed my number earlier and I got to hear the background of multiple "officers" calling people with the same message. I have no doubt it is a scam. What I want to know is how they got my children's phone numbers. I am furious!!

Keep calling my mothers phone for me and claims they have her address...Most recently it was Ashley Smith threatening to sue, lmao I told her it was a scam because I don't owe anyone. You can't do anything without a subpoena anyways. I'm waiting for the next business day to see if someone answers called Friday a little after 3pm, the phone just rung non stop.

Subpoenas are issued after the case has been filed to make sure that people show up to testify and/or bring evidence to court.  They are not filed at the beginning of the case.
