Unsolicited call requesting a return call to another number in Pa. Regarding my bank account.

There has been a lot of posts of this type.  Just commented on one in which the toll free number led to an insurance company and the call back request number let to a "your debit card is frozen."  Good idea not to call the number.  Instead call the number on your bank card if you think there might be a problem.

Received a scam text claiming to be an alert from a local bank and gave a ph. # to call.
1. I don't do business @ the bank
2. The text was misspelled
3. It listed the town of the bank. Trying to look more legitimate.
4. I googled the # and it came back as out in Elwood city PA. As a voip # which is something a bank wouldn't use.

I posted it to fb and several people on my friends list and others they know are getting them. It's a scam!
