SCAM. This is a chop shop debt collections agency. Their documentation was made using clipart and they do not provide you with the proper information. Said they are a sister company DNC and dont know any information on NRS. But they send letters from their email coming from "NRS". They are giving false dates on accounts past the statute of limitations.

The caller Krista Cooper  calls me about a bank account from Bank of America. She stated I  was going to be served papers and there would be added fees. Krista uses the Statute of Limitations which the dates are inaccurate. She used the last four digits of my account but couldn’t tell me the whole account number. I called NRS billing they couldn’t find an account in my name and their services has no relation to the scammer. This is based out of Houston Texas

Krista also sends a document to your email from
Doc u sign. To set up arrangements for payments from debit. The information is false

This is a scam. 1, if you had an issue with BoA (or any bank) you would hear directly from the bank. 2, real process servers don't call in advance.

Emails are not a legal method of debt validation & you should never sign such a document. Phone calls, faxes, & texts are also not legal methods. Only documentation sent via the post office. That documentation should include proof of the debt along with proof the sender is legally entitled to collect said debt.
