I got a voicemail from this number.  It was a robotic voice telling me that my Microsoft services and virus protection has stopped and that I need to call this number urgently.  Definitely sounded like a scam!

A robotic voice telling me my Microsoft Service has been stopped because Microsoft Security has expired. Scam.

Same as the others.  Robotic voice saying my Microsoft service has stopped and says to call the number ASAP.  Yeah right.

We got the same robotic vm message at home this morning at around 9 a.m.

A robotic lady called from (855) 515-1131 and left a message saying that my security is expired and that my license at Microsoft Windows is expired too. The lady added that I should contact their agents at 844-326-7745. Obviously a crooked looking for gullible people.

This is an emergency call to notify you your Microsoft windows security license has expired. Please call Urgenttech at 1 844 326 7745. This is undoubtedly a scam

Same as others. Recording claims to be Microsoft informing meof probelem and that I must call immediately.

I got the same robo call as the others, telling me my Microsoft licenses and virus protection had expired and to call 844-326-7745. The sound quality was very poor and I could barely make it out. I no longer bother to report these calls to the National Do Not Call List since that doesn't seem to accomplish anything.

Scammers don't give a crap about the DNC. Buy a call blocker

Got a call from 844-326-7745, auto message saying my computer was at risk.  Called the number back and go a man with an India accent by the name of Alex Richards with Microsoft Support.  (FYI, Microsoft does not make calls to report these issuse).  I asked how he could prove to me he was from Microsoft.  He told me to open my computer and he would show me.  I said, no.  Were are you located?  He said Brooklyn NY.  I asked for his address, he said 11201 88th, Ropeland (Brooklyn?) NY.  I told him I would check out the address and call him back.  All I did then was put the phone number into google and found many other people have gotten the same call.  I also reported it to microsoft, and during the report process, they once again say to not accept calls from individuals claiming to be Microsoft employees unless they are returning your call and have a reference #.  So there you are!  Be careful, scammers are everywhere!

Received call from 1844-326-7745

When I received the message to call 844-326-7745, I called them back. A mid-eastern sounding male answered. He advised me that I had Microsoft issues and wanted to walk me through a process to correct the issues. I told him to start the procedure. On each command, I told him my machine was still connected to e-mail. As he was getting impatient, I told him that I thought the machine was hung, so I just powered it off and back on. With frustration from his voice, he disconnected the call. This call cost him at least 5 minutes of his time. Oh, what fun we can have.

Call from a robot woman telling me my Microsoft something or the other has expired.  She's a liar!!!  Freaking Robots.

Says my Microsoft key has expired. This scam has been going on for a long time. Why can't it be stopped. I know others who have gotten the same call.

Because the calls are originating outside the US. The best way to shut them down is for the country of origin to get involved. But I doubt that will happen any time soon.

Same robot-call as reported by others stating that my Microsoft security and Windows software licenses had expired; that I needed to immediately call 8443267745 to resolve the issue for continued operability of my software.  Bogus.
