They called and told me I had several loans that were not paid...ummmm bs I have only one loan out and it is paid EVERYDAY month ON TIME .... so if they call be aware

I received several calls from Reliable Recovery demanding that I had committed fraud against a financial institution and if I didn't pay them they were going to file a claim against me in court. They would not verify any information about the company that gave them my information plus I told them I know the loans that I have paid and the company that they named did not show-up in my records. Just two days ago, they called claiming they were from the courts in order not to file my case to court, I should make a payment argument with them. This is a shame!!!

I received a call from this number, claiming to be with the Canadian County Court system calling me with a notification of summons and to call Reliable Recovery to prevent wage garnishment. This whole thing sounds like some kind of scam. I don't think the court system is in the collection business. and reliabe recovery seems to be a repo business for autos. I haven't even had an auto loan for over 3 years.
