marshal davis...a bounty hunter....anyone else have this experience?

Eric Jones from Direct Processing stating that 2 felony complaints have been received by his office and he is required to file it with the prosecutors office.  He stated once filed a warrant will be issued for my arrest and he will assisted by the Sheriff's department to my home and/or place of employment for my detainment.  LMAO - ok, go ahead dude.  I've been getting these types of calls on and off for the past 4 years.  I have broken no laws.  Don't bother calling them, it's just an attempt to obtain your money, to "stop the complaint from being filed".  If people would stop being so scared by these types of phone calls and giving up their money, people like this would cease to exist.  Common sense people - when have you ever heard of anyone being notified in advance that there is a felony complaint being filed and/or will be coming to get you for an arrest warrant?  Considering that would give someone (who is guilty) the opportunity to run, it's not very logical.

Had the same call. Told me to put up any pets and make arrangements for small children because I will be going to jail tomorrow.

Had call 45 minutes ago.  Its bogus.  I reported them to my local police department in charge of this particular crime.
They are the ones who need the felony charges!!!   844-331-3296.  Get the word out.  They want to get your money to stop the "charges".   Here's a hint - NO WARRANTS WILL BE DELIVERED BY PHONE.   ALSO NO ONE BUT THE SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT WOULD KNOW ABOUT IT!!!!.  THIRD PARTIES ARE NOT INVOLVED.

They are using your information off of the internet to make it seem that they know for sure you are charged.

Just received 2 calls in a row from this number - (844)331-3296. Did not leave a message. BUT I have had them call before and threaten to take me to jail for 2 felony warrants.

I received two phone calls with the same story. Do not fall for any of these criminals. All legal procedures are notified in writing. Never over the phone. Be safe. Change passwords. Notify bank.

I get two or three calls a day from this Direct Processing threatening jail and sherriff coming to my home. I've blocked there number and refuse to give them any info

Called a neighbor saying they were sending someone to arrest me. WTH?!?! How in the heck can these people get away with this stuff with today's technology

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

Scam.  Do not return the calls.  Some one is trying to scare money out of you.  Do not fall for it.  Demand a debt validation letter.  This  must be sent US mail.  E-mail no good.  Otherwise block and ignore the calls.

HA! That's the exact same story I got, same company too.  But it was some chick.  Funny thing is they aren't even looking for me.  I've had this phone number for a year, so who knows.

Same story - called me twice; once left message but the 2nd time he didn't .  The guy that left a message said his name was Brian.  I have spoken to a lawyer and was told that this is illegal - they can't threaten you over the phone like that.  Nine and a half times out of ten, they aren't even in the same state as you.

Brian Richard called and said that he had two complains (but didn't say what the complains about), and he's going to get help from the sheriff dept for my husband's arrest, and their going to arrest him either from work or home. I wonder if this people who calls are getting paid to be a scammer? Their the one who should be arrested for fraud and scammers.

Just got a call from 8443313296 from direct processing & 2 felony complaints being filed & that my bro-n-law will be arrested at his home or job. They called my number wanting me to give him the message.lol

So I get a call from these yahoos in the middle of the day...random! Calling with a threat to bring the police to my home EXCEPT I am not the person they are looking for. Not only is the person they claim to be looking for is a male but not even remotely related to me. I am home, sick with a cold and the girl who answers the phone just starts in with this huge attitude. Claiming I am interrupting their day!!! (WHAT???) These people could possibly be the biggest clowns on the planet. NO research to make sure they have the correct person. No checking to see if the person is even related. No, these uneducated clowns sit in some low budget strip mall calling people at random hoping to make a hit. I called them back several times to speak with the clown who left the message and she started to make these rude statements towards me so I fired back. Don't get me wrong, I usually hang up or ignore these types of calls but I just had to respond because the message they left was so illegal and out if left field that I figure I would mess up their day the way they messed up mine. Maybe they can see what harassment is like.
He of course is nowhere to be found and hides like a little puppy (coward)!
They are rude, a waste of time and more important...A JOKE! I called back to back to get the guy who left the original message and he refused to get on the phone. So my suggestion is IF they call you and leave a threating message, just keep calling and tie up their day and phone line with calls. They must be really proud of themselves. Hopefully they will get the message.

Call me today talking about I have two class B felony for my arrest and will go in for 5pm today or contact 207-805-9378 legal mediation for more details. Scam. I asked them for their website while on the phone Olivia gave me natts.org and I informed her nothing pulled up for that and then she gave me directprocessing.com.

This guy  named Mike Rogers has threaten my family  with  2 felony warrants  against my son. For wire fraud !!!

My son isn't into that and if he does not call by a certain time  he would contact the local prosecutor for his arrest !!!

He has called many times and the person answering the  phone has a heart condition  and this creep (I wantto say [***]) wont let up !!! He is consistently harassing us !!! It has to stop !!! Everytime we have called we were told hes out in the field ...   I hope he get a warning from me It better  STOP OR ELSE !!!

A call blocker might be your best option. You can search for them on Amazon (they run about $50) or search your phone's app store for a downloadable one.

I just got this call- they said that im going to be arrested tomorrow at 2 pm. I am terrified!!
