Left a msg stating "time sensitive materials," did not return call. I would like to know how these scammer's got my address too, as it was in their voicemail....

Collection agency, wanted monies after my wife died. Said they would see me in court, that I owed. They had my address wrong and was going to file papers on me. No name of the lady and case #?? I do not know.

U received a restricted call and was left a message saying it was in regards to the documentation I would be getting from the clerks office. To call 844 331 8313 in a timely fashion regarding a case number or address would be verified. Called number right back from different phone and received a v.m. saying corporate offices leave a message.

Called in reference to unidentifiable case.

A man who said he was Richard Carlson from Orange County Ca called my relative and wanted to verify   that it ;was my address.  the same day I received a call from a lady who said she was Christina from the number 844-878-5978  they both gave the same Case #167908 and Christina said a warrant would be issued if I did not return the call as this was a third attempt. I did not call the numbers and checked out on the internet and saw the complaints from others.  This is a blatant  scam attempt Do not call these numbers as you may be subject to identity theft.

Scammers threatening nonsense. Making up lies trying to get personal info to steal money. Threatening they are the clerk of court in a place I have never been etc. I cussed them out put them on phone with an actual attorney they got scared and hung up. Liars, thieves and crooks do not call them back. They leave messages To call 844 331 8313 in a timely fashion regarding a case number then they wait to see who calls then call you back again. Identity theft is what they are trying to do. I have reported to local authority .

Message from this number - automated voice said a lawsuit has been filed against me and a warrant issued for my arrest. This is the fourth time I have received this call and the fourth different number. Reported to RCMP.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFO. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK.

Scam out of either Toronto or US - RCMP are "working on it."

I am at work and I am getting 10 calls in a row. I called back and it was telling me that the number was disconnected.
