Caller ID says "Unknown Name".  Heavily accented woman says from Fidelity Healthcare and to call back to order supplies.  This is an unwanted unsolicited call.

Legitimate call from  Fidelity Health Care  asking if a patient needs to replenish their CPAP supplies.

Legit call !!!!!   Fidelity Health Care provides my CPAP supplies.  "Almost" hit block call as I can bring up this site on my laptop while the phone is ringing and saw the first entry above.  So glad I went ahead and answered the call as I read Lynn's entry.  "Event Reminder" selected as "call type" as the "event" is it's time to reorder mask, hoses, etc.  Thanks to Fidelity Health Care for this service.  BTW, I don't think "Fidelity Health Care" showed up in my caller id, only "800 Service."  Another reason I almost hit block call too soon.

Got call at 10:05am Fri 2/17/17 was still in bed sick so and mach took call. When listened to it could not understand any of msg (as woman spoke so fast & loud with VERY BAD spoken English) except call this # back. My husband does have CPAP, but doesn't use it much, so needs no supplies, BUT if needed any would certainly call them & ask to talk to an American born English speaking person I could understand!!!! Don't hire those that can't speak America's home language VERY. VERY well!!!
