Malicious message designed to frighten people into believing they are in some type of default.

Received a robocall threat re: imaginary "legally binding contract."  I called them and got hung up on 3 times, before getting a love person who called me, "nosey." Then hung up. They called me!!!! I called back and I firmly asked them to remove me from their list and asked several times, what company this was, knowing I got the same person as the last call, apparently tried this time to claim I was being hostile because, according to the rep, "they all sound the same..." Seemed she was now insinuating a racial issue. I never eluded to ANYTHING that had to do with race! Ugh! I called back once more and asked for a Supervisor. I don't know who it was, but they said it was a litigation company and I wasn't even the person they were looking for. Litigation company, right! It's a scam!!!

They called my sister saying I had legal proceedings binding due to monies owed to them. Never had an account with either!

this is a scam #.  I let answering service pick it up & they start their message while service is speaking so you only get part of what they are saying.  It is enough to cause a person to return call.  It a legit company they would clearly identify themselves.

They called for a family member and lied multiple times saying it was a civil matter however after calling and pretending to be who they were looking for they ended up being a debt collector.  All of them are extremely rude and racist.. cant believe they are allowed to talk to people like that. Dont deal with them block them and just look at your credit markings and deal with debt on your own.

Ignored the call and got a similar cut-off message about some "legally binding contract".  Didn't bother calling them back and have blocked the number.

Got that robotic call so I returned their call and was told that I had a legal contract with Dressbarn and that I had stopped making payments and that unless I settled for 652.00, they would be serving me with papers to appear in court because I was in violation of a contract.  I told them I did not owe money to that company in which they had to get a supervisor on the line who instructed me that I would be summoned to appear in court or be arrested.

This “company has been calling many family members regarding my husband. They called my cell with, message was same wording as everyone here. I called back got a “Mr. Prescott”, he was rude and questioned what kind of man my husband was for having his wife call for him and what kind of a woman was I for calling. He would never let me speak and ultimately hung up on me. Every time you call they answer with a different company name. Total scam!!!
