This number claims I have an account/ legal matter that is going to go to court, that has been referred to them. SCAM.

This co called saying that we got a payday loan and that they are collecting for the co before it goes to court and that the co has filed out some papers for taking or taxes and we have 24 hrs to resolve this matter. We did get to payday loans we payed them off.

I got the same message. They called my mother but when I called back, I got two clicks and nothing else. They left a message with my mom saying I got a litigation case in my county and that threatened that if I don't call today, I'm going to be charged. I knew right away it was a goofy bill collector of some kind. His name was James Liles. SCAM!!!

It's not even a bill collector - it's an outright scam.  Block the number - and remember, if you really had to appear in court, you wouldn't get a call about it - you'd get a court summons delivered by a process server (or in some cases via certified or registered mail).

This guy name James call on this number saying that he was trying to collect on a pay day loan I never received. said he was going to file charges with the county  I lived in and was going to call my job to talk to my boss if I didn't pay. When I began asking question he strated call me names and hung up the phone.
