this  same  call  here  but its  a  Rebecca  stevens  and  calling  my  cell  phone  for  a  david  fox    and   I know   him  but  hes  been  dead  for  10 years  .

I received the same call from an UNKNOWN number but her name was Becca Stevens. She stated she was a legal courier trying to serve me papers tomorrow & needed me there to sign them. Said to call 844-357-3415 for questions. She's called several weeks ago stating she was going to "serve" me. She never states who the "plaintiff" is. When I call the number, someone answers but never says the company name so I hang up.

I received the same call today. But it was from a Lacy Stephens. She stated in the voicemail I would be served papers monday afternoon and have identification ready and if I wasn't home they would contact my place of employment. She said to contact 844-357-3415 to get a stop order. When I called the number it just rings into a generic voicemail.

Now they are using the company name of RL associates.  She called my family home numbers.  But they were calling for my husband.  He doesn't even know their home numbers, they use their cell numbers.  They called at 9:53 in the morning.  Guess what he wasn't served.  we actually had no idea until after 4:30.
The company was closed.
RL Associates as far as I can see on the internet are for headhunters.

Received a call from supposedly a courier name Beverly Marsh saying if I don't contact a different number she would serve papers to my resident or place of employment. She said if she come to my place of employment a manager has to be present when they present the papers to me. She said I could call the other number she gave me to pay the debt or make arrangements to pay the debt.
