They have called 4 times to tell me a uniformed officer and a court official will be serving me papers or something. I have asked them to stop because they have the wrong number but they laugh.

Frank Lavallo, Legal Support Services, will serve me accompanied by a uniformed officer, any questions call 888-225-2148. Called, no answer.

They keep calling me saying they are going to serve me with a uniform officer at home. If they do not find me they are going to show up at my work unannounced and my boss will have to sign for me

They called multiple times on my phone. Called back and spoke said "Frank".  Advised them I was law enforcement a nd had another officer present that would like to obtain their information so they could come speak with them. Company advised their address was 50C. Woul dnt give the city and state.  I again advised the other officer would like to speak to them and they hung up on me.  Even spoke with said company they advised the information was from.  Said company advised they've never heard of the company in question.

Frank Lavallo from Legal Services. This call is bogus, first off if you were getting served with any kind of court documents you would not get a call advising you in advance. This seems like a shakedown for money, the message just screams fake. I have gotten this same recorded call from about 4 different numbers and no one has ever come out to my house. Which is good for them because my husband is an attorney.

This Frank Lavallo persona also calls from 888-225-2148  800notes.  Along with someone called Michael Scott.   No idea at present where they are located.  Debt Collection scam.

Just because someone on the phone calling you says you owe a debt does not mean you actually owe it.

If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  dime until the debt is validated

Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply ignore them and block their calls.

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.  Tell 'em  no scammy debt collector is going to push you around.

You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking).   the only thing they understand.

same message as everyone else, they called twice at 3:13 and twice at 3:33, not only did they call my phone they called my husbands too at the same time!

Got this call today. They made the mistake of leaving the 844-369-0786 as a call back even though they used 866-761-3088 to call with. Using the 844 number I was able to confirm what I thought, scam. Same name, same BS message left. What I did notice, that is a recording. Not a person actually on the line leaving the recording.

I got the same call from this Frank guy. Called back and talked to some lady that barely spoke English. Told me that a uniformed officer would be serving me papers at the address on file but never told me the address. Told me they wanted $50 bi-weekly. I just laughed at them considering I'm pregnant and not working at the time. When we hung up she laughed at me and told me "Good luck in Court" and laughed.

Got a call from (866) 761-3088 but call back number left was different. Here is the message left on my cell voicemail, word for word... "Hi. My name is Frank Lavallo. I am with Legal Support Services. I am calling in regards to a legal notice scheduled to be serviced out to this address on file. We will be stopping out accompanied with the presence of a uniformed officer just to ensure everyone's safety. We do request that any large animals or firearms on the premises, that they do be put away and secured for the safety of everyone involved. The individual to be served will need to have on their person one valid form of state issued identification. If we cannot locate this individual, we will forward this notice over to the sheriff's department where they may attempt to serve this notice directly through the employer. If you have any questions or concerns, please have yourself or your attorney contact the claimant's office (844) 369-0786. Thank you."

This guy call me and left message said same thing as all the above. I am waiting for him to show up going to kick some [***]
