They have received a complaint?  From a  old address

My wife and daughter both received the same message from a female with a 20-ish, unaccented (standard American English) voice.

This message is intended for [name withheld]. My name is Sarah Goldstien calling regarding a complaint that was returned back from [address withheld], lodged against [name withheld]. I have been instructed to obtain a statement prior to filing in your jurisdiction. You can provide your statement immediately by the end of the business day by calling 844 369 9769 with case number [number withheld]. I will also be notifying your local county clerk's office as to whether or not you are voluntarily cooperating. This call has been documented and recorded. [name withheld], you have officially been notified.

I received the same bull crap call.

I had the same message only from Peach Jackson. Everything else was the same. She called my cell and my kids land line, but used my name. I called the county clerk in the county of the old address and made certain it was a hoax. These people....and they used a restricted number when calling.

ID themselves as "ACS".  Right.  Claim to be in New York.  Claim to be a law firm.  Right.  Typical debt scamming operation.  Ignore and block the calls.

Received same message as others listed above here. I never trust people who don't say what company they're calling from. Also called from a Restricted number.

They also called relatives who live in a different state and got them upset. Ridiculous.

They did say they were from: ACS

Please stop asking for something that can't legally be added.
