Too bad you don't have a clue what you are posting.  The FDCPA only applies to 3rd party debt collectors and not original creditors which are only regulated in 5 states.  Not only that but that person posted here 2 years ago so even if that statute did apply they would be out of luck since the SOL for filing a lawsuit is 1 year.  Next time try to know what you are posting about so that they don't look so foolish.

PayPal credit, blowing up my phone and leaving message every time. I have blocked the number but, they keep leaving message demanding I call them and giving an address. I don't have " PayPal" never have. And I will not give anyone personal information.

You are right. Genuine PayPal credit card phone number: 844-3734961.  In October last year, the fraud group pretended to be PayPal credit card company and sent a fake bill. I immediately reported to the real PayPal company and forwarded all the bills they sent to the FBI, and then I ignored it because I didn’t apply and use it at all~ PayPal credit card, so I was sure they are a scam. The other day, I received another letter from a company claiming to be PRA, mentioning that my debt to that fake PayPal bill has been acquired by them, and then I want to pay  ⋯then I talked the whole thing with the real PayPal credit card company on the phone - they confirmed that I never applied for and used a PayPal credit card. Of course I will not pay them because I have no debt!  At the same time, in order to protect my legal rights, I have found a legal aid lawyer~ I believe it is not difficult to find in any state. At the same time, I will report more information to the FTC also.which is the most concentrated and powerful government department to fight against fraud. In addition  , I will report the unforgettable things I have experienced to the relevant government departments. And I will notify the state attorney general. In addition, today I sent a registered reply letter to the so-called acquisition of debt consolidation company PRA, clearly stating that the so-called and  My related debt is pure fraud!  If they continue to harass me with letters, I will report to the FTC every time when I receive their letters.I Never stop unless they give up harassing me! They leave me message 3 x a day. I called them and ask what is the account number I have with them and they don’t have it therefore i don’t owe them. I told them to send me a bill by mail and they said they don’t do that. What’s going on? Definitely a scam!
