Said calling from Walmart re: my credit card...and wanted to ask questions.  Did not reply, don't trust calls like this. Who knows who they are but how they know if you have a card bothers me.

These Awful People call me 'everyday' and Hang Up!

Calls in the morning while I'm at work, doesn't leave a voicemail message

Rumor has it that this is  walmart.
Suspicious because I do not have a walmart card.
No message on answer machine..so so return call.
I require a topic to reply to.

I tooo got call from this number , she says she is from Walmart card
I said my husband is at work, she said she will call later

Said she's from some company calling in behalf of walmart. When she asked me to verify some information, I got suspicious. I asked what is it about again? she said additional features. I said I'm at work and will call Walmart again another time and hung up before she can say anything else.

Exactly the same call as Marie described, she asked me to verify some information, I asked what is it about and she said additional features. Told her not interested and hung up.  Total scam as she said she needed to verify who I was to tell me about these new features  ....  REALLY

Sherri, The thing is, They don't know, They just guess. You could even claim not to be you abd they would still try to sell you on the thing they claimed that happened to you even though the same case happening to you and the person they meant to call m, in this case "you"  But they may find out when in an area when companies like wal mart sign many ppl up bc of s promotion. (Wal mart employees legit scammed pll into grtting a card at Xmas time, They claimed it was a cc but a $10 gift voucher free.)

So your the one trying tp scamm me "from wal mart's cc services" actually verify if I have a card before assuming I picked it just bc the real wal mart tried scsmming ppl into getting one. That's right, The real wal mart claimed to be giving $10 away free for xmas in store, Instead the cashiers tried to get ppl's info.
