Call back number on a scam VM left on husband's cell.  DirectTV, supposedly...only we've never had DirectTV.  Now blocked.

The 844-382-0679 was the callback number left via voicemail for my AT&T/Direct TV account for 50% off, I have Directv but this sounds like a scam. The original number that called was 1-855-596-6072.

Offer was 50% discount on DirecTV if I paid 6 months in advance. The 50% discount would last for 24 months. Their menu options and presentation seemed legit. I called DirecTV and they confirmed it was a scam.

I received a call from (877)312-8896 claiming they were AT&T/DirecTV to get 50% off and to call (844) 382-0679. I called using *67 and it appears the number is no longer in service.

Was asked to call back this number (844-382-0679) when I check my VM stating that I had a %50 off my next bill 'Reward" available. Except I don't have AT&T or DirecTV.

Received a call saying they were calling from AT&T Direct TV stating that I qualified for a 50% discount on my existing account.  The call originated from 877-286-7571.  I do not have such an account!!!

Voice mail about 50% off from DirecTV/ATT. Sounds like a scam.

I've received several calls offering a 50% discount.  Scam.

The number that called was 833-597-2918, left a voicemail sd was At&T directv . I called the number back they left 844-382-0697. It’s a scam!!!!

See above. They offered 50 percent off for 24 mos have to pay 5 mos in advance. Had to pay with eBay gift cards. I got scammed but I bought them st target with my cc. Called eBay and target and my cc company. Got a refund but I wrote all the info down it’s been reported and also the police are aware.

I received a call from 844-248-5334.  I sent it to vm.  I listened to the voicemail & it said my account was eligible for 50% off DirecTV.  I am an AT&T employee and already get a discount so I knew it was bogus.
