Received this message today they called 3times 2:23 on 10/04/2016

Hi my name is Alex Scott I'm calling from legal support services the reason why I'm calling in regards to a sealed court summons I received under your name and Social Security number this is a notice to serve you with intent to appear in court and less I received a release order in regards to the complaint that is being filed I will be coming out to your residence or places employment within the next 72 hours for see if you could cautioned a little will be accompanied with the presence of a uniformed officer please make sure all fire arms or large animals are put away and secured for the safety of everyone involved if you do have any questions or concerns please have yourself or your attorney contact us a litigation department at 1-844-240-2046 and please reference the case number on file thank you…”   Like really dude find a life come to my house and my dogs will eat u on purpose

It's a scam these people really need to stop harassing folks

I returned call and assured him that I would have police, meet him with a dog and weapon, if he set foot on my property. He said thank you and good by. Cowardly scammer

the message was almost the same as above, with a few changes...calling from legal support services, the reason why I'm calling in regards to a sealed court summons and a notice to serve you with intent to appear in court that we have attempted to alert you about but you have disregarded on numerous occasions. We are now contacting you one last time and will be coming out to your residence or places of employment, please be cautioned, we will be accompanied by the presence of a uniformed officer. if you do have any questions or concerns please press 0........or call 1-844-383-1784

They called and said I was being served with paperwork to go to court, I talked to them and they said I owe money about a payday loan I took out :/  Should I pay them? I don't want to go to court

Since you labeled this as  a prank call....... The official notification of debt is a written document  that is mailed to you ..no other way.  Phone calls, emails, texts, and faxes are not official notification of debt.
AND you are not warned if a summons is coming.

Said they had my credit cards and other sensitive information. I shot down the computer for a couple of minutes and ignored the message. Sad.

They sent me a text message saying the following this message is for name we have made several attempts to contact you please call back regarding file I have been messaged by them 3 times this month they give no more information just the file number 401492 anyone else getting text now
