Well if you truly were served than you should be able to tell us who is suing you, their address, the attorney's name and BAR number.  All listed under "Plaintiff" and nothing personally identifiable.  I doubt you will do that.

If you call that number, they ID themselves as Goodwin and Associates.  Guy wouldn't tell me what this "Goodwin and Associates" actually does.   Said he "didn't know".  Also said they were located in California.  Then he asked for a "claim number".   How could he not know what his business does if he asks for a claim number?  Guy I talked to had some sort of accent I couldn't place.  Almost certainly some sort of debt collection scam.

Goodwin and Associates has a history on 800notes.   Your basic debt scamming operation.   Also uses a lot of shills.   Similar to this "Trisha" entry above.

Only a licensed process server can serve process.  Couriers are not generally licensed to serve process.  This is a stupid shill entry.  Similar to others I've seen from this non-existent "Goodwin and Associates".  You are fooling no one.  And we WILL find you.  You can take that to the bank!
