Debtors name my name is blank i m contacting you regarding your case being filed thru blank county by law i have to make u aware that once your case number is filed there will be an order for your location.. Theres more but it will not be an order of location they are just trying to get information they call from the same place they tell you to call they give fake names and the place is called infinity

They called my phone early this morning trying to get info kimberly tyson and  brenda parker scam

i heard it was located in monroe nc its a scam said they have a heroine addict working they don't check backgrounds they just hire ppl that have your social and try to get your card info

They called my number telling me they were looking for my son, that there was a case filled against him and he needed to get it in touch with them or someone was going to show up at my house for him.

Its a scam no ones coming to your house if you say your a attorney they get scared and tell everyone in the office not to pick up if you call

Calling to say my daughter has been served and that I should call this number to arrange payment. This was the number I was told to call and receive nothing but threats. 844 384 3353

Scammer that tries to scare you with a few legal sounding words using information they can obtain via Google. No one can legally notify you of a lawsuit via phone,

You must be served papers in person. Also, no legitimate legal firm will call the alleged family members of a person who may be being sued, especially since phone numbers generally can't be verified, and they certainly can't leave a voicemail with any sensitive information. DONT BUY IT, DONT RETURN THEIR CALLS AND BLOCK THE NUMBER 844-384-3353.

A civil complaint must be served according to the local courthouse Rules of Civil Procedure which would include personal service, but might also include service by restricted or regular certified, return receipt mail.

They called my number saying I was going to have a judgement filed against me and that it was going to be come public record. They also said they were going to call my work and tell my boss what I owed, they called my wife and texted my dad. I hate people that are pulling this crap

Received a call from a private number and they left the following message:
"Name" my name is Mike Gallagher, I am contacting you regarding your case #xxxxxxxx being filed thru "X" county by law I have to make you aware that once your case number is filed there will be an order for your location. You may be picked up at your place of work. They instructed me to call (844) 384-3353. I must say that they do not like anyone calling them back to back asking them to validate their legality. They threaten to file harassment charges on me if I continued to call.

I worked at the company its a scam they are called infinty they are located in monroe nc they have different scripts for the first call and the second attempt and they will call relatives they go on this website called tlo to get all your information they are not a legal department they can't do anything to you if you call and say you are an attorney they will block your call and tell everyone not to pick up the phone and the person that calls and says to contact this number they work in the same office and they add on more money than you owe just to get a bonus check

Same number person calling Kimberly Tyson. .Stated all of the above.

I received a spoofed call this morning from "5" on Caller ID.  My visual voicemail contained the following message.  I assume I am supposed to call to say I do not know this person.  Also, last time I checked there is no "legal notification by phone" when you get sued or process servers would not need a job.  Hope this helps someone.

Amanda (not MY name) my name is Alyssa Wright.  I'm contacting you in regards to a case it's in the process of being filed in Harris County.  This case is not being filed against you, it is actually being filed against a Mr. Micheal Florence, I have been instructed to make you aware that your name and number have been listed as a relative or associate of him and it appears your address id also listed as a likely location for him at this point.  My Horn still has the legal right to contact the proceedings office filing the case to update this information.  However once the case is filed it will no longer be an option. The phone number provided for the Legal Dept.  If you get in touch with him as soon as possible at 1-844-384-3353 and when he calls he will need to provide a file number 226914.  This is considered a legal notification by telephone and Michael just got informed and will be located until I'm told otherwise.

This number is a complete scam! I will be reporting the company to BBB
