    they told me I had a suit against me for a payday loan from 2013. I have never had a payday loan. what is scary they had all my personal information. they said they would settle today for $900 or I would be served papers for court within 3 to 5 days. I told them send me paper work and they said no need they would see me in court. Its a recording that says this is Monica at Capital. I received like five calls in one day! I called it back and told them I was reporting them as a scam and to never call my number again. I have received no more calls.
