    Thank you for sharing.  I got the same card with numbers.  I did not call because like you, I have insurance and a warranty through my dealership.  I googled the number and found your post.  Mine is Lexus.

    Looked up the number on SpyDialer - NO RECORD FOUND. Notice that there is no company name on the card they sent. YAS (Yet Another Scam)
